Returns and Refunds

 

   Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We do not sell physical, shipped products.

   Non-returnable items

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Consultation time:  To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Refunds
  • Once your return request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your  original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
    In this case, we expect you to take responsibility to inform us of receiving your credit or refund.
  • If after ten days you still have not received your refund, please contact us at bjacobs@integralcolor.com.

     Sale items
     Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

     Gift Certificates
     Because this applies to a pre-paid level of service, it is not returnable.
